I ordered a mattress and a bed from Bedzy. The mattress showed up in just 5 days, and I got notifications about the delivery along with a time frame, so that part went off without a hitch.

But then, things went south with the bed. After about a week, a delivery came, but they forgot a box. I called customer service, and they promised to check on it but never got back to us. I called again two days later, and they said the same thing—still no follow-up. Now, I can't even find a contact number on their website, and the customer service has been pretty much nonexistent.

I get that the delivery service deserves some of the blame, but they really need to step up their follow-up game. We're way past the delivery window now, and we're stuck sleeping on a mattress on the floor.

I had earlier mentioned that our beds didn’t get delivered by this company. After my post, the owner got in touch with me pretty quickly and managed to pinpoint the problem that had stumped the company and couriers for 8 weeks in just one evening - it was a mistake (on my part) with the postcode I provided for delivery. He was kind enough to offer to send the beds again at no additional charge. There were several times before this when I requested them to give me a call (which they didn’t) and to verify the suburb/postcode (which they clearly didn’t) so it’s a bit disappointing that it took the owner’s involvement to sort this out. But now that the issue is fixed, and since I made a mistake, I’m grateful they’re resending at no cost. If the beds actually show up on time this round and are of good quality, I might just consider bumping my rating up.

I was really impressed when the bed base arrived in regional NSW just two days after I placed my order, and that was even during the week of Christmas! The instructions were straightforward, and the product feels sturdy👌🏼. I'm super happy, thanks Bedzy😁

I highly endorse Bedzy! They offer free delivery right to your doorstep, which is a big plus. Unlike other shops that make you pick up your stuff from some local courier hub. I gave another company a shot, and they wanted to hit me with a delivery fee that was 150% higher than the product itself! So, I returned to Bedzy. No doubt, I'll keep coming back to Bedzy for my future purchases and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

This bed that arrived in a box is really great. It assembled pretty well and has been used by a teenager. It's solid and has had no problems.
